By accessing, browsing, registering for, streaming content on, or purchasing a subscription through https://leafsum.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

2. Commercial Entity & Operating Structure

The Platform is owned, operated, and maintained exclusively by Leafsum Digital, a sole proprietorship commercial entity established and governed under the laws of the Republic of India, with its principal place of business situated in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, PIN: 248001, India.

Throughout these Terms, the designations "Leafsum Digital," "we," "our," and "Company" refer to the sole proprietorship business entity, while "you," "your," and "User" refer to any natural person or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.

3. Editorial Nature of Services & Fair Dealing Disclaimer

Leafsum Digital operates as an independent digital publishing, technology, and literature synthesis platform. Our catalog features original, transformative editorial distillations, conceptual mind maps, critical takeaways, and synthetic audio narrations summarizing non-fiction literature:

• Transformative Educational Purpose: All materials published on the Platform represent original scholarship, commentary, critique, and analysis created under the doctrine of Fair Dealing as recognized by Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and standard international copyright principles.
• Independence & Non-Affiliation: Leafsum Digital is not sponsored, affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the original book authors, copyright owners, or publishing entities of the literature reviewed. Original titles and author names are referenced exclusively under nominative fair use for identification and conceptual critique.

4. Eligibility & Account Security

• Each subscription is strictly licensed for individual, non-commercial use. Multi-user sharing or public redistribution of an individual account is grounds for immediate termination without reimbursement.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Recurring Billing

Access to our full catalog, studio voice streams, and downloadable resources requires an active subscription:

• Pricing & Currencies: All pricing displayed on the Platform is stated in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian domestic users, and dynamic regional equivalents for international visitors. We reserve the right to revise pricing for future billing cycles upon reasonable advance notice.
• 7-Day Promotional Free Trial: Eligible paid membership tiers may include an introductory 7-day free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any point within this 7-day trial window directly through Settings > Account without incurring any charges.
• Certified Payment Gateway: Payments and auto-debit authorizations are processed via Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregators (such as Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorize Leafsum Digital and its payment partners to process transactions on your selected payment method.
• Cancellation & Immediate Fulfillment: You may cancel future auto-debits at any time. Because all digital summaries and audio streams are provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation, completed billing cycles are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
